IMPORTANT EDIT! We made a mistake on torque specs for the upper and lower front control arms to the frame bolts/nuts. We displayed the Nm instead of the lbf measurement. The correct torque is- 85# for the upper arm to frame bolt/nut and 100# for the lower control arm to frame bolts/nuts. We're very sorry for our mistake. We promise we'll triple check our information going forward.
In this episode we install a 3" suspension lift on our 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner. We chose the ToyTec Boss lift kit for our overland rig and couldn't be happier. With it we also installed a front differential drop or, diff drop. Hopefully by watching our video you'll be encouraged to do it yourself or, DYI. It's so easy, even a moron can do it. Be sure to watch all the way to the end for some funny bloopers. We install new inner fender splash guards from Rad Rubber Designs too!
