GTA 2 Downtown All Missions (39:26)

New "Downtown All Missions" run
New "Downtown All Missions" run in 39:26.71 minutes that beats my old PB by 1:46 mins. Kinda sloppy overall, but it is the first sub 40 minute run!
Improvements compared to old run:
- Get Ice Cream Van at a more convenient place in "Happy Gas Smash!"
- Get Medicar during "Follow That Traitor!" to save a bit time (failed in this run)
- Arm Z-type after "Who's Mad?" to get faster kills and respect (also sort of failed, need to find exact location for faster respect farming)
- Arm car with vehicle bomb for faster death warp in "Yutes Must Die!"
- In the same mission get oil slicks with Shark and place them at specific spot to manipulate the bank van route in "Big Bank Job!"
- Dispose of Yakuza in "Bank Van Theft!" right away and spare yourself wasting time getting the Invulnerability*
