Today I am going to share with you all the recipe of “fish bhaat”, In urdu we call it “Machi Bhuth” and it is a very good, healthy and easy recipe and you must try. There are two parts, one is rice preparation and another is fish gravy preparation: Ingredients for Rice Preparation: 750 grams – Rice ½ Cup – Oil 2 Bunches – Soya Leaves 2-3 Big Potatoes 2 Big Spoons – Green Paste (To make this paste Grind green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves with water as required to make a normal consistency paste) 2 Big Spoons – Dhaniya Powder / Coriander Powder 1 tbsp – White Zeera Powder 2 tbsp – Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp – Salt 1 Big Tomatoe pieces 3 Glass – Water Ingredients for Fish Preparation: 750 Grams – Fish ½ cup - Oil 3 Bunches – Maithi leaves 2 Big spoons – Green Paste 2 tbsp – Coriander Powder ½ tbsp. – Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp – White Zeera Powder Salt to taste 3 Big Tomatoe Puree ½ bowl – Imli Water I hope you like this recipe.
