warm water - 120 ml = 0.5 cup* + 1.5 tbsp.
warm milk - 100 ml = 0.5 cup*
dry yeast - 5 g = 1 tsp heaped
sugar - 5 g = 1 tsp
salt - 6 g = 1 tsp leveled
vegetable oil - 20 g = 2 tbsp.
flour - 350 g = 2 cups* - 1 tbsp.

✅Filling:
cheese - 400 g = about 2 cups* heaped
egg white - 2 pcs.
water - 40 ml = 2.5 tbsp.
flour - 20 g = 1 tbsp. heaped

✅Additionally:
egg yolk - 2 pcs.
butter - 1 tbsp.

❗Weight of raw dough: 590 g
❗ Output: 2 - 4 pcs.
🌡Baking temperature: 250 °C
⏲Baking time: 12-15 minutes
