10 days without my phone & with no social media . A private experience I did to challenge myself and Today I share it with you all , hoping to benefit .
My point of view from being on social media for almost 10 years
and how I never let my work on social media control me !
this was such an important matter to me to talk about. I really wanted to address for a long time .

اليكم نظرني من تجربة الابتعاد عن الهاتف المحمول والسوشال ميديا
و كيف اثرت علي ايجابا
تجربة خضتها بشكل خاص ولكن رغبت بمشاركتها معكم بشكل عام على امل ان تفيد
تجربتي الاخرى بعد مرور حوالي ١٠ سنوات على عملي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي
كيف جعلت حدا لنفسي كي لا انغمس في هذا العالم ولا اسمح له بالسيطرة علي
