How To Fix Choppy Throttle on Yamaha FZ09 / MT09 / FJ09 / XSR900 (2014-2017)

This worked amazing.  Had a super choppy on/off throttle.  Had ECU flashed, didn't fix it.  Adjusted throttle cable slack, didn't fix it.  Adjusted throttle positioning sensor and bam, like a new bike.
