Marineland Emperor 400 Filters (quick fix)

I love my Marineland Filters and didn’t want to spend another $80+ buying new ones. In this video, if you’re having trouble with you propeller spinning and it’s not pulling up enough water to rotate the bio-filters this is how I fixed mines.
