तेल - २ बड़े चमच
जीरा - ¼ छोटी चमच
प्याज - २
अदरक लहसुन - १ बड़े चमच (कुटा हुआ)
करी पत्ते - १ टहनी
नमक
टमाटर - १
धिनया पाउडर - ½ छोटी चमच
लाल िमरच पाउडर - ½ छोटी चमच
हल्दी - ¼ छोटी चमच
सौंफ पाउडर - ¼ छोटी चमच
काली िमरच पाउडर - १ छोटी चमच
पानी
अंडे - ४
Ingredients:
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Cumin - ¼ Tsp
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic - 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
Curry leaves - 1 Sprig
Salt
Tomato - 1
Coriander powder - ½ Tsp
Red chili powder - ½ Tsp
Turmeric - ¼ Tsp
Fennel powder - ¼ Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Water
Eggs - 4
