Interview excerpts from 1990 of author and Reagan/Bush (HW) speechwriter, Peggy Noonan, who talks about her book, "What I Saw at the Revolution: A Political Life in the Reagan Era."  Noonan is known for writing the "thousand points of light" speech delivered by Bush in 1988.  She also discusses her experience in the White House and her views of the political perspectives of the media.
