Check out how I go about reducing the frequency of herpes outbreaks and treating herpes sores with both drugs and natural remedies.

~ PREVENT ~
- Valacyclovir pill everyday (suppressive therapy)
- Grapefruit seed extract capsules, one a day for a month.
- Grapefruit seed drops, 2.5ml in a small glass of water everyday for a month.
- Echinacea pill, one a day for a month.
Rotate or repeat 1 of the 3 treatments every 3/6 months, one treatment at a time.
- Baking soda as feminine wash

~ CURE ~
- Valacyclovir everyday, 2 pills a day until sore is gone
- Acyclovir/Zovirax ointment 5/6 times a day to rub against the sore
- In case of emergency, Ibuprofen to relieve symptoms. Check dosage with a pharmacist.
- Lavender fine essential oils 2/3 times a day to rub against the sore
- Coconut oil 2 times a day (preferably at night) to rub against the sore
