First Time Making Dandelion Jelly: Is It Worth It?

In this video, we make dandelion jelly from yard to jar.  My background in jelly making is about 5 years.  I usually like to stick with fruits easily found in my area like blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and grapes, but Ive made mint jelly for lamb roasts so I figured why not try something new right?  So this is my first attempt at a flower jelly.
