ingredients
for cake
40 gm unsalted butter
1/2 cup powder/granulated sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 egg
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup semolina
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
mold size 6"/6"
Bake at 180°c preheated oven for 40-45 minutes

sugar syrup- 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp
lemon juice, 1 tsp rose water
