MK Party files interdict for JSC sitting

The MK Party is asking Chief Justice Mandisa Maya to postpone the upcoming JSC sitting. This will allow them more time to file their application for leave to appeal a Western Cape High Court ruling preventing Dr John Hlophe from attending Monday's meeting.
