Lauki Kofta (#Dudhi kofta)Curry is a light tomato-based delicious gravy dunked with koftas made from bottle gourd. Even though bottle guard is not a popular vegetable, it makes delicious koftas.
This recipe is a healthier option compared to the other kofta recipes as instead of deep frying our koftas in hot oil, we'll be cooking them in an appe pan. This doesn't effect the taste whatsoever and you'll be consuming lesser oil- a win-win
