How to change turn signal key in GTA V LSPDFR (Conflicting key binds ELS/Trainer V Fix)

Just a quick little tutorial for those who wanted to fix this issue.

There was a rendering error with the audio so hopefully y’all could follow along without issue despite the over lapping audio.
