This error popups because of two major reasons either you are using any third-party antivirus or your Windows security has been disabled by the work or school IT admin.

CMD Commands (copy each command and paste into the CMD box to run)

 reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
 reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

Gpedit Missing
