1st: go to 1P Mode
1st: go to 1P Mode - 1P Game
2nd: you can beat it with any Character
3rd: Medium difficulty or higher game 3 lives without fully dying if you continue then restart and try again! ( You got this ;) )
4: Beat Ness ... Congratulations you now Unlocked Ness
Unlocking Ness (The Battle): 15:39
