Kidzcam Camera by Vivitar, Ollie's Deal or Dud?

How good is a modern Toy Camera?  In this video I test out the Kidzcam Camera, from the Kids Tech line of toys by Vivitar.  I purchased mine on sale at Ollie's, but they can also be found at others retail stores.
