The war in Ukraine will be top of the agenda during the visit of British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer to Washington. He'll meet US President Joe Biden and they're expected to discuss allowing Ukraine greater control over Western-supplied missiles. Russian President Vladimir Putin is warning the West against letting Ukraine use their longer-range weapons to strike targets deep inside his country.
