Perfumer's Grotto is one of
Perfumer's Grotto is one of the Minor Dungeons found in the Altus Plateau Region in Elden Ring. It is an optional dungeon that is home to a few treasure items and a miniboss Foe.
In the Atlus Plateau, head east from Altus Highway Junction towards the giant staircase. Head down the left-hand side of the stairs, and past some Runebears, the area will narrow down and you'll encounter a Miranda Flower on the left. After defeating it, you'll note it was in front of an entryway to a cave.
