The Monastery spared some time to show the move set for the Blacksteel Katana in Dark Souls 2.

"Blacksteel katana wielded by Alonne Knights.One of the sturdiest types of katana, preferred by masters of the quick-draw. In the heyday of his land, the Old Iron King fancied entertaining dubious and eccentric guests from faraway lands. Most of them were charlatans, but amongst the riff-raff were true masters of authentic and refined arts."

To power stance two of these, your stats need at least: 21 STR and 38 DEX. Power Stance requires two similar class weapons in both hands. Your stats need to be 150% of the highest STR and DEX requirements of those weapons.
