Eritrean president Isaias Afwerki arrives in Ethiopia

Eritrean president Isaiyas Aferwerki has arrived in Ethiopia for a state visit. This is his first time in Ethiopia since 1996. The two states are resuming their diplomatic ties for the sake of restoring to peace after 2 decades of enmity. Since they fought in 1998 they have had no diplomatic cooperation.
