Overpowered Stamsorc build brings the Zerg to their knees | ESO PvP Stamsorc 1vX gameplay U40

This is my new build! I previously ran a pen setup,then switched to a crit setup and now I run a dmg setup. Luckily I can play either quickly using the armory slots but this might just be my favorite version! If you want I can release all three builds just let me know and I’ll drop them.
