#Establishments On 7th may 1999, under the Chairmanship
of Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla, Who was

raise the standards of Corporate

#objective  Create a code of best practices.
• The primary objective was to Create various measures
to safeguard interest of stakeholders
• Suggest suitable amendment to the listing agreement
• Measures to improve standard of corporate
governance in listed companies such as:- continuous
disclosure of material information to both financial
and non financial responsibility of external as well as
internal directors.

month
