Candied Orange Peels | Covered in Chocolate
Before learning how to make candied orange peels, I didn't think it was such an easy and quick process.
Just a few steps are required and you only need three staples ingredients:
the same amount of soaked orange peels, the same amount of sugar and the same amount of fresh water.
Then to bring your candied orange peels you can dip them in dark chocolate. I used about 200 g of dark chocolate for 250 g of soaked orange peels.
They are the perfect food gift for friends and family during the holidays. I hope you enjoyed this video.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- You must weigh the orange peels AFTER the soaking.
