The Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Intelligent Lane Intervention (I-LI)
systems, if so equipped, are activated at speeds of approximately
37 miles-per-hour and above, and only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road.

These systems help monitor the lane markers on the traveling lane using a camera unit located above the inside mirror.

The LDW system is activated when the camera detects that the vehicle is approaching the left or the right side of the traveling lane. A blinking Lane Departure Warning indicator light appears in the instrument panel and a warning chime sounds.

The I-LI system is activated by the same conditions as the LDW system. In addition to helping alert the driver with a warning chime and the Lane Departure Warning indicator light in the instrument panel, the system automatically applies brief brake force to help return the vehicle back to the traveling lane.

To enable or disable the LDW:
● Press the right or left arrow button until SETTINGS displays,
● Press the up or down arrow button to select DRIVER ASSISTANCE,
● Press the OK button,
● Select DRIVING AIDS.
● Press the OK button.
● Select LANE,
● Press the OK button.
● Use the OK button to check the box for WARNING to toggle the system on or off.

To enable or disable the I-LI:
● Press the right or left arrow button until SETTINGS displays,
● Press the up or down arrow button to select DRIVER ASSISTANCE,
● Press the OK button,
● Select DRIVING AIDS,
● Press the OK button.
● Select LANE,
● Press the OK button.
● Use the OK button to check the box for ASSIST to toggle the system on or off.

On Vehicles NOT equipped with ProPILOT Assist, you can activate or deactivate the LDW and I-LI systems by pushing the Dynamic Driver Assistance switch.

For vehicles equipped with ProPILOT Assist, PUSH the ProPILOT Assist button located HERE to activate the I-LI system.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations, and additional operating and feature information."
