In this project, you'll embark on an exciting journey to create an interactive rover capable of responding dynamically to hand gestures and navigating around obstacles. Our goal is to guide you through the construction of a versatile robot that exhibits three distinct behaviors:
Hand Following: The robot autonomously follows the movement of your hand.
Hand Repelling: The robot moves away from your hand when detected.
Obstacle Stopping: The robot halts its movement upon encountering an obstacle in its path.

By the end of this project, you will have a fully functional robot that responds interactively to hand gestures and obstacles.
