Old vintage silverware is very hard to cut and drill, however. It's very tough to bend and hammer, as well. You may need special tools--or at least a vice grips--to bend the pieces and make bails. For those with fibromyalgia or muscle problems, or who just aren't strong, it may be next to impossible!
