This Sudoku Is SO Easy To Enjoy

** TODAY'S PUZZLE **
Scojo returns to the channel today with an easier puzzle than usual but one that (like yesterday's sudoku by James Sinclair) is SO easy to enjoy solving.  It feels almost miraculous that the way the digits populate the grid - do try and have a go at this one if you have a few minutes spare!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Along a thermometer, digits must increase from the bulb end.

The puzzle Simon mentioned in the introduction is called Region Geometry and it's by Emre Kolotoğlu.  If you have some minutes free, you can try it at the link below.  (Simon's solve is unlikely to appear because the video is 3hrs 36mins long and the YouTube algorithm will not be kind to it.
