I am gonna take example of one central chilled water project and explain all the calculations using excel sheet in detail to select primary and secondary chilled water pump. Let me explain what is pump head. The pump head or discharge head of a water pump is a measure of the power of a pump. Pump head is measured in meters (or feet)
