Oil - 2 tbsp
ghee - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
black gram - 1 tsp
bengal gram - 1 tsp
cumin - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - little
asafoetida - little
dried red chillies - 2 to 3
left over idlis - 3 to 4 cut into small cubes
idli podi / gun powder - 2 tbsp
salt - as required
coriander leaves for garnishing
