I 'Shaved my Lid for
I 'Shaved my Lid for a Brave Kid! For those of you who know me and my hair, that's a big deal!!! I did it with my mates Bradley Cryer and Jacob Beal at Puketapu School, 28th March 2013.
More than three children on average per week in New Zealand are diagnosed with cancer. Each year NZ children with cancer collectively undergo an astounding 100,000 treatments and procedures throughout their journey. For each one they receive a Bead of Courage.
By participating in the child cancer charity 'funrasor' and 'Shave your Lid for a Brave Kid', I helped raise the $5 million required each year for child and family support services. I'm passionate about the cause and willing to lose my locks to prove it!
