YOU CAN TRY TO USE THE ARDUINO IDE DIRECTLY TO FLASH THE ESP, BY PASSING THE FIRMWARE UPDATE STEP, PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU LOAD YOUR FIRST PROGRAM WITH THE ARDUINO IDE, WHETHER YOU DO IT ABOUT THE ORIGINAL AT FIRMWARE, OR THE UP-TO-DATE FIRMWARE , THIS FIRMWARE WILL BE REPLACED (DELETED FROM THE ESP) BY THE NEW ONE YOU HAVE CREATED WITH ARDUINO AND THE PLATE WILL NO LONGER RESPOND TO THE AT COMMANDS.

Command to change speed:
AT + CIOBAUD = 115200 (change to 115200)
AT + CIOBAUD = 9600 (change to 9600)
