How do you ensure your documentation review process is streamlined and inclusive of all comments across multiple reviewers?
Hi, I’m Sonya Hargreaves from Core Project Advisory.
I am going to explain the importance of no fuss consolidated documentation reviews
We often work with many diverse people from a multitude of backgrounds, each having their own preference on how to get the review completed. The documentation review process is one area of a project that must be implemented with consistency in regards to the business rules, systems used and project requirements.
Document review is crucial for quality, compliance, and achieving desired outcomes, but the process is often a challenge. Whether it be hard copy or electronic review the process needs to be streamlined and avoid documents being double handed and resulting in twice the work.
With the right easy to use system in place for review, discussion, commenting, markup and distribution you will find compliance amongst reviewers will be unwavering. Education and consistency is the key to using programs designed to assist project workflow.
Streamlined review processes can mitigate unnecessary double handling of documentation, avoiding missed markups and comments. Using the right system and ‘tools’ will ease documentation review processes, working towards successful project completion.
