How To Wear A ROM Knee Brace (Instructional)

Today, I'll demonstrate how to wear and use a range of motion (ROM) knee brace. I'll also go over how to adjust the flexion and extension on this adjustable knee brace.

This hinged knee brace works great for those recovering from an ACL, MCL, PCL, or LCL injury because it minimizes risk of re-injury all while stabilizing and supporting the knee. I hope you find this video helpful!
