Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 12 hours
Total Time: 12 hours, 10 minutes
Yields: ~10 popsicles

Pina Colada Popsicles
Ingredients:
2 cups Pineapple Juice (Aisle 7)
1 cup Coconut Cream or Milk (Aisle 5)
½ cup Coconut Rum (Liquor)

Directions:
In a large measuring cup with a pour spout whisk together the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and rum. Pour into popsicle molds (leaving ¼ inch of room at the top), insert sticks, and freeze until hard, about 12 hours. If desired, mix in a little maraschino cherry juice or pieces for a fun “garnish” to your edible cocktail!

Blueberry Hard Lemonade Popsicles
Ingredients:
2 cups Lemonade (Dairy)
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen (Produce/Frozen)
½ cup Vodka (Liquor)

Directions:
In a small blender combine the lemonade and blueberries and blend until smooth. Pour into a large measuring cup with a pour spout and whisk in the vodka. Pour into popsicle molds (leaving ¼ inch of room at the top), insert sticks, and freeze until hard, about 12 hours. If desired, mix in whole blueberries for a fun “garnish” to your edible cocktail!

Strawberry Margarita Popsicles
Ingredients:
2 cups Limeade (Dairy)
1 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen (Produce/Frozen)
½ cup Tequila (Liquor)

Directions:
In a small blender combine the limeade and strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour into a large measuring cup with a pour spout and whisk in the tequila. Pour into popsicle molds (leaving ¼ inch of room at the top), insert sticks, and freeze until hard, about 12 hours. If desired, dip the tips of the popsicles in salt for a fun “garnish” to your edible cocktail!

No popsicle mold? No problem! Simply pour the juice mixes into small disposable cups (leaving ½ inch of room at the top). Place sticks into the liquid and secure in the middle with two pieces of masking tape on either side. Freeze until hard, about 12 hours. When ready to serve, simply remove cups and voila! Popsicles without a mold!

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the booze and add an equal amount of the juice from the recipe.
