This Stuff is a game changer!! I have tried lots of low carb, paleo, keto, grain free, gluten free, Sugar free breads and I have not been a fan....UNTIL NOW! This Pumpkin Bread is awesome!! This Pumpkin Bread Recipe is an awesome substitute for the normal carb and sugar monster sweet breads. Fall is here and with this keto, paleo, low carb, gluten free, no sugar, pumpkin bread you can enjoy the taste of the season GUILT FREE!! Hope you guys enjoy!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recipe Credit - www.wholesomeyum.com Ingredients: 2 Cup Almond Flour 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour 3/4 Cup Erythritol 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 2 tsp Gluten free baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 3/4 cup Pumpkin puree 4 Large eggs 1/3 cup butter 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, pumpkin spice, baking powder, amd sea salt. 3. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter and mix well. 4. Transfer the batter into the bread pan and press in firmly to create a uniform loaf. Sprinkle the top with the pumpkin seeds and press lightly into surface. 5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
