Pork Giniling With Quail Eggs is made by adding quail eggs to Filipino pork giniling made by ground pork, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, soy sauce, pork broth cube, carrots, potatoes, green peace, bay leaves, bell pepper, pepper and white sugar. Boiled quail eggs makes this dish more appetizing ulam-licious Start preparing your big bowl of hot rice!. It is very popular and well sought after delicacy in Philippines.

Ingredients
½ kilo ground pork
1 cup tomato sauce
1 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of soy sauce (for color)
1 piece pork broth cube
1 small carrots
2 small potatoes
½ cup green peas
2 pieces bay leaves
1 small red bell peppers
1 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 teaspoons white sugar
Boiled quail eggs

Directions:

Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic and onions and saute for a few minutes. Add the ground pork and saute them all together until it changes color.
Add the bay leaves, soy sauce then season with some black pepper. Add some water to help cook the pork. Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes using medium heat.
Add the pork broth cube, carrots, tomato sauce and then mix. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes using medium heat.
Add the potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Do a taste test and adjust the taste using sugar and salt.
Add the green peas, red bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
During the last minute, add the boiled quail eggs. Stir gently and coat them with the ground pork.
Transfer the pork giniling with quail eggs to a serving plate. Enjoy this with some hot and steaming rice. Yum!
