This is quick tutorial for getting started with Arduino and ESP8266 NodeMCU. NodeMCU is an open source IoT (Internet of Things) platform. We will learn how to install Arduino package for ESP8266 WiFi chip in Arduino IDE. We will run "basic LED blink" example to blink onboard LED and/or externally connected LED at pin D0 or GPIO-16.
