My name is Crystal and I am a soon to be Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (just waiting for the board to give me my # ⏱️ LOL).

I believe everyone should be aware that the food we eat influences our overall mental health AND productivity levels!

The content I share in this video is all research based and I hope that it inspires you to learn more about (and eat) foods that are proven to prevent, and reduce depressive symptoms. However, this does not mean that eating healthy on it's own is the ONE way to say good-bye to depression. I would highly recommend reaching out to a licensed therapist in your state to maximize your treatment outcomes.

P.S. I also recommend meeting up with your primary care physician before making major changes to your diet :-)
