Tour de France 2018: Time Trial tech with Josh Poertner of Silca

Stage 20 of the 2018 Tour de France saw the riders of the peloton tackle a technical 34km of Basque tarmac. It was a hilly and twisty circuit. It was also the second time trial of the race, the first being a team trial in the Vendee. back then we spoke with aero expert Josh Pointner who ois now the man behind Silca, but is also the man who was responsible for many wheels out of the Zipp camp over the past decade.
