Abaqus has several subroutines for defining new material models. in this case, the most famous subroutines are UMAT(for Abaqus/Standard solver) and VUMAT(for Abaqus/Explicit solver) but in most of the cases, working with these subroutines can be very difficult so several easier subroutines are developed that can be used instead of UMAT or VUMAT. in this video some of these subroutines are introduced to you and some of them are explained in more details.
