The Hilton Honors Business card
The Hilton Honors Business card and the Marriott Bonvoy Business card are two hotel credit cards with American Express, and if you’re on the fence for either one, let me explain why you should consider one of these cards.
Both the Amex Hilton Honors Business and Amex Marriott Bonvoy Business cards are great cards for gardening since they don't report to your personal credit report, but the cards themselves also come with other benefits that are fantastic for both the casual and frequent traveler.
The first benefit is the free night rewards that come with each card, and the second benefit is how both cards get you elevated status in their respective rewards programs.
For free night rewards, the first free night benefit is a free night reward after spending $15,000 on eligible purchases within a calendar year for the Hilton Honors business card, and a free night reward every cardmember anniversary year valued up to 35k Bonvoy points with the Marriott Bonvoy Business card.
For the Hilton business card, you get complimentary Hilton Honors Gold status, and with the Marriott business card, you get complimentary Marriott Gold Elite status. Each status is different for each hotel chain though, with the most apparent difference being the free daily breakfast or food and beverage credit that comes with Hilton Gold status.
