Shopping List:
16-20 frozen dinner rolls
8 oz frozen spinach
14 oz artichokes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes

Directions:
Rub 12 inch cast iron skillet or baking dish with softened butter.
Thaw rolls based on package instructions. Place a small bowl in the center of the skillet and arrange the rolls around it tightly. Brush with melted butter and cover with plastic wrap for about an hour to allow them to rise.
Thaw spinach and drain. Chop. Add to a skillet with artichokes, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Stir occasionally to ensure everything melts together and cooks evenly. (8-10 minutes) Season to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Remove bowl from skillet and pour spinach dip in its place. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until rolls are cooked and dip is browned and bubbly. (I like to add a little shredded cheese to the bread too)
