Energy trade dispute: Mexican president promises energy independence

US climate envoy John Kerry is visiting Mexico to look at ways the region can speed up the transition to clean energy.
But Mexico's desire for energy independence is slowing progress towards renewables and fuelling a rift with US gas and oil producers.
