When you exchange your points for any voucher, the problem appears when charging and the solution to this problem consists of several ways
The first method
Contact Google Play support in the language of the account
The problem will be solved for you and you can ship the voucher without problems
The second method
You collect 100 points and exchange $1 in addition to the coupon
You enter your game and charge it without problems
The third method is to provide a payment method or some cents in the account
You can save some cents from the Google Rewards application or from the feature of using points if they are available in the account and enter to charge something whose price is more than $1.
