or how not to remove concrete sidewalk slabs. It depends on your perspective. Use a sledgehammer or power tool if you must. Bend at the knees when lifting, team lift when necessary. Put out caution cones around the area.

Call before you dig. I got the job done, but since the world is changing I say I am a rookie and go pay somebody else to do this job for you. Maybe get a house cleaner and some automated robots to haul you around as well. Maybe wear a respirator all the time too because the air is dirty. A feeding tube would work too since swallowing is difficult for some. Heck, just get an incubation pod and try to sleep your life away. Make sure it is in an underground bunker so you are completely safe. Try getting earthquake detectors and lava sensors, it can get dangerous below the surface. Even if you are 50 years old, please remember to get your parent's or caregivers' permission before trying any manual labor. Thank you
