Today is good weather in the mountains, we are preparing needles for goats! Steamed dumplings

n the last days of January, good weather has come in the high mountains of the Carpathians, today I go to the snowy forest behind the branches of needles which feed sheep and goats in the winter in the highlands of the Carpathians.
   Before going to the mountains, I will prepare the dough from which I will prepare dumplings with pear jam after returning home, and I will also cook potatoes with salted sheep's cheese and dill according to a special recipe on a wood stove
