Nathan uses the woods as an escape from his tough job and his recent heartbreak of splitting from his girlfriend. Each day he jogs along the familiar route to numb the pain for a while but on a hot summers day, he heads out earlier than normal and finds that his life changes forever. Among the usual peace and calm the man suddenly hears a scream in the woods that sends shivers down his spine. Torn between running in the opposite direction and trying to find what is making the noise, he doesn’t know what to do but as the screams become more desperate he senses that something needs his help.
