If you want to start playing volleyball but don't know where to start, this video is for you! As a volleyball coach and player, I see so many beginners make mistakes that set them back in their training! It is best to start practicing good volleyball technique from the beginning to establish the motions in your memory! Starting to play volleyball can be scary but it doesn't have to be. There are so many volleyball resources out there in addition to my channel! The main things you want to focus on as a beginner is your passing and serving.
